My Rav 4 failed its MOT yesterday (4/12/20) due to a broken rear coil spring which was quite a surprise to me but what was an even bigger, and this time pleasant surprise, was the manner in which the garage set about repairing the vehicle.
They said they could replace it immediately and gave me a courtesy car to get me home while the work was done! Well done Westridge! I will be back!

I spent a long time test driving other cars from them and asking for their advice and I finally settled on an incredible car that ended up in my price range.
'James' hands down delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive industry (including motorcycle purchases). He was friendly, patient, not pushy, really informative and just had a great sense of humour (super authentic bloke). The whole experience was amazing. The sales manager Robin was also a top bloke and super friendly and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me. I came in with my entire family multiple times trying out various cars with car seats etc and not once was I made to feel like I was being a nuisance (which I most certainly was) I honestly cannot fault this garage and I cannot recommend them enough. If you're even thinking of buying an MG or Skoda please make the trip to Ryde to meet the team. Thank you, to all the people that dealt with me (James, Robin, Robert, Jacky and Andy) I am rubbish with names but I had a great experience and made sure to remember them.
