Hi first time writing a review, i am based in west London and was looking for Audi RS3, when i came across this one, i really liked it and the spec, only issue was it based in ISLE OF WRIGHT, and i was like that seems to far to travel to buy a car, within 2 weeks of talking to the James at Westridge going back and fourth on the phone, and him sending me pictures and documents for the car
i bought the car, i still had my concerns as i was talking is word that the car engine etc was all running the way it should, i took it to my local garage (AMD) and they done a full inspection top to bottom on the car, and the car is spot on, no faults, i cant thank James enough for being honest and being straight with me, the communication was great. i highly recommended them.

Amazing service. Rang up due to a misfire on our car. Westridge managed to fit us in the following day to code read and complete the work necessary to fix the car! Will definitely be back for our future services on the car. Staff were really friendly and easy to get along with, highly recommended! Thank you!

Would just like to say that I went to this garage this afternoon due to my car starting to struggle with driving! I took it in to the guys at westridge and they were nothing but amazing people plugged in my car and told me what was wrong so thank you for the help guys it was so appreciated.
I would highly recommend this garage to anyone on the island!! And also I would like to add that I am not an islander as well so they could have told me to do one! But they didn't 5 stars all round from me guys thank you

My daughter and son-in-law have bought several vehicles from here, and this time, I went along for the ride! I could not believe the service they received. They kept checking that it was the right purchase for them and even told them to go away and think about it! Absolutely no pressure at all. They offer good all-round packages, services, etc. I was served tea whilst waiting. What not to like! I will definitely go back to Westridge Garage IOW when I am I'm the market for new/second hand vehicle.

Absolute lifesavers. We broke down at the cross roads outside the garage and was able to push the car onto the forecourt. The guys in the workshop came and had a look. I booked the car in overnight and was worried we would miss our ferry the next day. I called them at ten o'clock the next day, and it was already fixed and ready to be collected.

Honestly, I have never had such amazing service from any garage at all in my life like this, and we honestly want to thank them from saving us a huge amount of stress getting the car back to the mainland if it wasn't fixed in time.

We can't thank the team at West ridge enough. 10/10

I recently bought an MG 5 EV from Westridge Garage.
I spent a long time test driving other cars from them and asking for their advice and I finally settled on an incredible car that ended up in my price range.
'James' hands down delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive industry (including motorcycle purchases). He was friendly, patient, not pushy, really informative and just had a great sense of humour (super authentic bloke). The whole experience was amazing. The sales manager Robin was also a top bloke and super friendly and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me. I came in with my entire family multiple times trying out various cars with car seats etc and not once was I made to feel like I was being a nuisance (which I most certainly was) I honestly cannot fault this garage and I cannot recommend them enough. If you're even thinking of buying an MG or Skoda please make the trip to Ryde to meet the team. Thank you, to all the people that dealt with me (James, Robin, Robert, Jacky and Andy) I am rubbish with names but I had a great experience and made sure to remember them. Thank you all again for your amazing customer service.

My Rav 4 failed its MOT yesterday (4/12/20) due to a broken rear coil spring which was quite a surprise to me but what was an even bigger, and this time pleasant surprise, was the manner in which the garage set about repairing the vehicle.
They said they could replace it immediately and gave me a courtesy car to get me home while the work was done! Well done Westridge! I will be back!

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Westridge Garage this time a new MG Estate, with fantastic help by Sales Executive James who was very helpful, informative, friendly and not at all pushy or cheesey!! The car is great and James is at the end of the phone if needs be which is reassuring for us oldies with high technology to grasp!! It's early days but highly recommend an MG for great style and value for money, also highly recommend Westridge Garage for friendly efficient services
